Please enjoy some more Alice & Hatter love, this time brought to you by... *drumrolls* the amazing and super-uber talented *Tell-Me-Lies!
I found this sketch in her scrapbook and just fell in love with it!
To me, it's like the Hatter is sort of pointing out a new, fascinating octopus teapot. Or measuring Alice's head for a new hat. Or just harassing her bow. 
I've been experimenting with the burn and the dodge tool and I like how the Hatter's face turned out, but I'm still learning about Photoshop and I KNOW there are tools and thingies to make dazzling special effects, but I haven't quite found them yet...
